KEVIN DUYNSTEE

A product of Muskoka, Kevin grew up on Lake Joseph. He was educated at Rosseau Lake College, and starting cooking at Shamrock Lodge, and then Rocky Crest Resort under Chef Patrick Louch. He also attended Ryerson University‚Äôs Hospitality School where he trained under the indutsry leaders in service quality. He has worked in all areas of the restaurant industry, from small French bistros and Italian restaurants, to large hotels such as Westin, Delta, and Fairmont. He was also contracted by the Vancouver Olympic Committee, where he cooked for athletes and their families during the 2010 games. Muskoka is very close at heart, as well as the love for food and sustainable restaurant practices. He loves to lead the magic in the kitchen, and what drives him the most is raising the bar for fine dining excellence with every plate.
